This page explains what Mellow does with the details you give when you order on this website.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number.
- What you order, its price, and any notes you add.
- For delivery: the place you pin on the map and the building, floor or landmark you type.
- Which link or QR code brought you to the menu (for example Instagram), so we know which ones work.
Why
To prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to understand which dishes and channels our customers prefer. We do not sell your details to anyone.
Offers on WhatsApp
We only send offers and news if you tick the box at checkout. We keep a record of when you agreed and the exact wording you saw. You can stop anytime: reply STOP on WhatsApp, and we record that too.
Your choices
You can ask us what details we keep about you, or ask us to delete them, except what we must keep for our accounts.
